Refund Policy

At JustEnglish.lk, we offer refunds to ensure customer satisfaction with our English language programs for working professionals. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your experience, we have the following refund options available:

• Refund after the first session: If you are not satisfied after the first session of your program, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of that session.
• Refund based on improvement: Upon completion of the program, refunds may be granted based on an evaluation of your progress throughout the course. This is measured by improvement in fluency, confidence, and speaking abilities. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • You are eligible for a refund at the end of the program only if:
    • You have attended at least 20 out of 24 sessions throughout the program.
    • You were active in each session for at least 60 minutes.
    • You were an active participant during sessions. (Decided based on moderator feedback, and peer feedback.)
    • Your demo day results show that you have not improved, even after you followed all the above requirements.
    • You have attended all 3 demo-days.

  • Demo days are test days where students speak with moderators for a set time period, during which they are asked questions and must respond on the spot. While students answer, the moderator notes any issues or improvements. Moderators are the individuals who teach and guide students throughout the program.
